Young Yogis

Young Yogis

With confidence, flexibility and incredible balance the Squirrel Group (our youngest) are all naturals at yoga. I would love to say that I teach them yoga but the truth is they can do things with balance and strength, and yes even inner calm, that I have never managed to achieve in all my years of practice.

It is therefore far more truthful to say that, as I watch them play, and tumble, and balance, and remain peacefully upside down for longer than most of us (in this phone obsessed age) can concentrate on a conversation, I am the one learning yoga from them.
